Fayetteville’s Music in the Park live concert series continued last week in Stonebridge Park with a performance on Thursday evening by the band Hwy 64 at 6:30 p.m.. The Hwy 64 band, who usually plays classic rock and classic country music, had the crowd singing along to several of their covers and christian songs on Thursday night. The Carriage House Players were operating the concessions table where they were selling popcorn, pizza, baked treats, and cold drinks. The Chunky Munky ice cream truck was also at Music in the Park on Thursday night, helping everyone beat the heat while enjoying some good music.
